Here at The Pantry we are passionate about family and friends. Our goal is to make every customer feel like comfortable and at home while enjoying a coffee and some lunch.
A Tasmanian family owned and run business, the journey started in August 2021 when Luke and Bonnie were given the opportunity to take over this amazing café. Luke has been working at The Pantry for over 14 years and now Bonnie and their three kids do too. . They see value in supporting and employing locals and here at The Pantry we continuously train and employ local staff to provide you with the best café experience in Launceston.

The Pantry’s food and beverage menu is extensive, seasonal, locally sourced where possible and freshly made on site daily. Dietary requirements are never an issue at The Pantry with our friendly staff equipped to take care of any requirements you may have. We stock many gluten free and vegetarian options as standard on our menu to dine in or take-away.

Luke & the team are up early Monday to Saturday making, baking, brewing and catering to ensure we can meet your every need. We’re here Monday to Friday from 6.30am so you can grab your before work fuel - whether it be a hearty farmers breakfast or just an espresso The Pantry will have you covered no matter what time you start. We are even on the Skip app to make your morning food and coffee run even easier, just order through the app and swing into the lane way and we’ll have your go-to brew ready and waiting.
